Andy is a third-generation picture framer who comes from a rich family tradition of art and picture framing. Andy is the nephew of Cioci’s Picture Mart founders, Ruth Ann and Pat Cioci. He is the grandson of Rachel and John Magee, who began the Magee/Cioci picture framing legacy in the attic of a small furniture store in Northeast Arkansas, in the 1950’s. In addition to his 27 years of framing experience, Andy has a second career as a professional artist. He has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and a Master of Fine Arts, and continues to create contemporary artwork that is exhibited in galleries and museums around the country. Andy’s skill as an artist, his impeccable craftsmanship, and his attention to detail are evident in every picture frame made at Cioci’s Picture Mart.

Cayla earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, with an emphasis in Printmaking from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, in 2010. She began working as an employee at Cioci’s Picture Mart in 2015. Now, she is co-owner and operator of the business. Her encyclopedic knowledge of materials and styling techniques have made her a customer favorite. Cayla’s grasp of color and texture is second-to-none, as she is always able to elevate any artwork with a unique custom picture framing presentation. Now, in the spirit of Picture Mart founder Ruth Ann Cioci, Cayla brings her skill, patience, and expertise to bear as she guides our business into its sixth decade.

PICTURE FRAMING SPECIALIST

Starting work with Cioci’s Picture Mart in 2021, Derek comes to us from the world of Graphic Design and Film Production/Animation to share his love of craftsmanship, and attention to detail with every project he undertakes. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis on Graphic Design from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He has worked on everything from video editing, print/digital design campaigns, photography, animation, to Camera Assistant work on the set of short films and commercial video shoots all over the U.S. His eye for design and desire to work with his hands makes him an invaluable addition to the Cioci’s Picture Mart family.
